We are Nik and Alivia Stophel, and here’s the story of how we got here.

We’ll start at the very beginning and quickly buzz to 2020 when this particular chapter of our journey really began! We met in the spring of 2015, and started dating not long after. We both attended Oral Roberts University here in Tulsa, and spent two years dating before Nik moved to North Carolina after his college graduation for a job. We got married June 14th, 2019 and then Alivia moved to North Carolina and we spent the first year of our marriage there together and absolutely loved it! While there we became passionate about real estate, and really wanted to start saving to be able to buy our first home. When COVID-19 hit, we realized that we wanted to be closer to family and moving back to Tulsa would be the best way for that, and to be able to buy a home and start teaching ourselves how to remodel it.
